Easter Weekend at Claremont Lodge Care Home
Easter at Claremont Lodge Care Home, residential care home in Chichester, may have been a little different than usual given the current circumstances however the residents still managed to keep themselves busy over the weekend.
The creative juices were flowing as residents created fabulous, colourful Easter hats to help get them into the Easter spirit, resulting in some truly fantastic headgear. The hats came in handy over the weekend as everybody made the most of the lovely weather by spending time out in the garden. There was plenty of fun to be had with the residents having friendly competition during some lawn games and cooling off afterwards with ice lollies, which certainly went down a treat.
It wouldn’t be Easter weekend without some chocolate however and thanks to an incredibly generous donation of Easter eggs from Morrisons supermarket the residents and staff all had the opportunity to satisfy their sweet tooth. Everybody at our nursing home in West Sussex is thankful to Morrisons for their thoughtful gesture that raised spirits throughout the home.
