The Managing Director of Royal Bay Care Homes is Russell Wilson. A former Royal Air Force Officer, Russell has spent 30 years in the care sector and has a Master of Business Administration, one of the highest academic awards. He has served on various committees dedicated to improving the quality of care in residential and nursing homes and is currently Chairman of the Dorset Branch of the Registered Nursing Homes Association.

Sandra Daniells is the Manager of Claremont Lodge. Sandra is a Professional Nurse and has spent many years in nursing and caring lately in senior positions with other well known care groups. She is a Local Councillor and serves on other Community Committees.

Debbie Dowler is the Deputy Manager. Debbie similarly comes from a care background and has managed other care units locally.

The carers are fully trained, some to NVQ 2 and some to NVQ 3 levels, and regularly undertake courses designed to upgrade their knowledge on a variety of topics. Most have many years experience in caring for the elderly.

The managers, and carers, are supported by a team of other staff, including the receptionist, chefs, kitchen assistants, domestics, laundry and maintenance personnel, and gardeners. See the Statement of Purpose .
